Dr Matt Young has been a General Practitioner for 25 years, and currently co-owns and practises at Medeco Inala.
Medeco Inala recently won the RACGP Qld and Australian General Practice of the Year for 2018.
Matt is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland Medical School, and is a regular AMA Qld Doctor Q columnist on GP issues.
Outside of medicine, he is a qualified archaeologist and historian and captains the mighty Ned Flanders Cricket Club - the first cricket club in world cricket history to play full national teams in every continent.
In 2017, he co-founded the Hep C Kombi Clinic with Dr Joss O'Loan, to take mobile Hep C cures to the disenfranchised, homeless and those in need. It has been the defining event of his medical career.
